Work and Inspiration

I have always loved the visual and tactile nature of fabric and threads. I trained as a graphic designer and over the years, I have explored working with a variety of media - however, I always come back to fibers in one form or another.

My work is often inspired by a sense of “place” either literally, in terms of colors and textures or more abstractly by a mood or sentiment. This site includes both the finished work itself as well as the inspiration and in some cases, the process.

My most recent work - CAUSEWAY is a work in progress. I’ll be adding to the site as this piece progresses.

I hope you enjoy the site.
